Yeah, really. Give it a shot. Just try a little, maybe one scoop of ice cream, a little drizzle of evoo, and just sprinkle with salt (kosher is best but any will do). It makes it savory. You gotta try a couple of bites though, at least two (this is a rule I try to stick to, sometimes it takes a sec for your taste buds to figure out wtf is going on). If you hate it, you can wash the flavor out with a fresh bowl of ice cream.
On the list- Record podcast with some friends, fix a kitchen drawer and adjust some doors, mow my lawn, laundry. So far I've done everything but the mowing. And at this point I have zero intention of doing it. Partly because it's time to eat jelly beans and watch YouTube but mostly because I'd have to finish cleaning the trash out of my yard I started cleaning yesterday. The excuse for not doing that is trash doesn't get picked up till Thursday.

Do you know how to do drywall mud? If so you can float it down to the crown and texture/paint it. This will work up to maybe 3/4". More than that, get some 1/4" drywall and use it as filler first. If not, and you can do running trim, re-run the crown. If the gap is not much bigger than ~3/8" you can just caulk it.

So I come from a 3d printing background and the whole idea of sharing is pretty prevalent there. It's kinda odd to me that there isn't a community based around sharing digitized art for embroidery. Or is there one and my old-ass just can't find it? Or are there enough other people here to share with? I'd love to start one by sending my Frank&Bride along.
Learning how to digitize and work an embroidery machine.
Work in progress. It'll be a gas station style shirt with Frank on one brest and the Bride on the other. The final shirt is charcoal gray. I'm breaking needles and missing stitches but at least I'm going through a lot of thread too. Frank is in gray and purple (the Bride will be too) because those were our wedding colors. Yeah, we're that weird family that overdoes Halloween.

Core One vs. Voron 2.4.
Hey gang, I'm on the fence about ordering a Prusa Core One. I have a mk3 and love it but I'm ready for an upgrade. Anyone here have any experience with a Voron 2.4 though?
Right now I have the mk3 and a Kobra Max. The Max is OK for big stuff and I could pass on the mk3 if I got the One. But I could probably get by with just a 300x300 Voron.
My concern is that is it more a project than a go-to printer? I got a lot of that out of my system with my first printer, an AnetA8. That was more upgrading and tuning than printing. It was fun and I learned a whole lot, and I recommend a path like that to anyone interested in doing more than plug and print. But at this point I have more interest in printing than tinkering. And I still get a lot of that with the Max anyway.
But a core xy that's 300x300 does have an appeal. And the Vorons are pretty sexy looking too.

Any trackers that do .stl files?
Looking around for trackers that do stl files and/or other stuff for 3d printing. Specifically I'm hoping for rpg minis and the like but if I can find a tracker that does printable objects, I'm happy to help start a mini community.
