I just want you to know,

I'm woke Palpatine now. I'm doin' midichondrial prefigurative politics.

I'm organizing my community via the Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Center.

I've literally mastered the means of production via Exegollian juche.

What are you doing? Yeah, that's what I predicted you'd say with my force powers. Don't bother admitting me to this forum, I've already perfectly simulated it with my force powers.

You ban me in 6 months for saying Alderaan was a comprador planet and deserved it with no counter-argument.

  • Yeah it is.

  • Us after the Epstein Coalition-caused WW3.

  • Ophelia's loss prevention now is just some doppleganger of a companion of yours who tries to trick you into dying. Doesn't work. I still walked out with like 3 cases of unscanned ginger ale.

  • From 2 days ago. Are they both referencing some 3rd thing or are neolibs still unable to actually come up with their own rhetoric?

  • Gift for my sister.

  • The Animal Crossing pattern is from AliExpress. I can probably link it if you want. The brown part is felt.

  • I was watching a video interviewing a guy who worked in the anime industry in the '80s, '90s, 2000s and he's a self-described capitalist and idealist liberal type. And he was saying Americans don't want to bomb Japan because they know about Japan and they don't care if Iraq got bombed because they don't interact with any art from Iraq. Super idealist.

But it got me thinking how I don't know how true that is for any other country? Do other countries have people who are actively hostile to places they have no idea about? They're hostile to places they have some idea about. But are they actively fascist towards random countries they can't find on a map as well? Seems like the US is uniquely evil in that sense. The US media doesn't even need to try that hard to justify this stuff, whereas other countries they'd at least have to do months or years of propaganda to trick people into thinking they know about a country and why it needs to be attacked.

Hey, so I just wanted to log in briefly to show the apron I said I was working on for my -- OH MY GOD. EVERY TIME I LOG OFF ISRAEL DOES SHIT. FUCK.

  • Life.

  • Chapotraphouse @hexbear.net

Take a break from here, if you can. We're all tense as fuck. I will be taking a week-long break from here. It'll be good for us.

  • Mexico needs to socialize more and more of the economy and shift more and more away from dealing with the US at all, including people going to/from there.

  • It's kinda' funny how much people hate Square when they're one of the few companies that actually release game regularly, release smaller-ish mid-budget games, release JRPGs at all. I hate all the bad stuff about them too, but they get more hate than Nintendo when Nintendo's way worse of a company (the only reason Nintendo didn't jump on AI/NFTs is probably due to their size and success and not due to any ideological opposition).

Konami's worse. Capcom's probably better. Etc. Etc. Fine with the critiques but feels disproportionate.

  • He was bragging about how international it was because it had a welder from Poland in it.

  • Are they still platforming him? He fucking was doing the rounds like 2 years ago across all the Canadian "left" magazines too.

He's basically a part of some left-lib DSA-but-for-Ukraine and lied when he said Zelensky didn't ban all of the leftist parties from government because they didn't ban his even though it's just some small group that doesn't do anything election-wise.

edit: it was 4 years ago.

  • A lot of people in western countries think socialism is basically a hippie commune where it's all carrots and no sticks in society. And the system isn't really changed by the revolution, it just has the currently bad parts ripped out: cops, prisons, bosses, ownership class, etc. are removed and society operates on trust and goodwill instead.

Imperial core-style anarchists unfortunately encourage this interpretation.

Under her understanding of socialism one would require a lot of faith in every one for an imaginary system like that to work.

  • The half-pipe is almost playable in Sonic Origins where they made it slower but smoother and lowered the ring requirements, but it's still not good. And also another thing is that the requirements to get to the Special Stages (not the bonus stages) and the limited number of attempts really ruins whatever appeal they have as a side thing to do.

Also, other than the Mania's pinball Bonus Stage, none of them have any mechanics that mesh with the regular gameplay. At least the pinball shares some mechanics with Sonic rolling in ball form.

  • Locked

    Oh no

    Jump
  • The Twitter comments see that it's bait and act accordingly. The usual suspects on here instead take the bait every time.

  • All of the Special Stages in 2D sonic games suck so hard. Even Sonic Mania's aren't great, though approaching okay.

Someone just publicly owned my Mom by calling her "a great man of history". I tried explaining how incorrect and liberal that was, but they keep repeating it and onlookers keep laughing.
