I mean when I'm in the page for an anime, is it possible for me to see what a friend of mine has rated it or do I need to go to their profile to see their rating?

For this edition of Saturday Anime Night, the people demanded more Sailor Moon, and so, we’re continuing on, with episodes 19 through 24 of the 1992 series, the definitive magical-girl anime. This is the completely unabridged, unexpurgated, uncensored, Japanese version of the show, including everything that the English dub butchered, altered, and/or cut, which is quite a bit. Tonight’s episodes see the conclusion of the Nephrite arc, including his doomed romance with Naru. After that is Studio Ghibli’s The Boy and the Heron (2023), since a decent-quality camrip has finally appeared. In this latest highly-acclaimed addition to the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki, a yonng boy loses his mother, and attempts to cope as he deals with his stepmother, who looks just like his mom, and a mysterious talking bird who heckles him. Drama ensues. Great reviews for this one, so we’re giving it a whirl.

IT'S JUST CROSS ANGE HOLY SHIT. THIS MOVIE SOUNDS SO FUCKING BAD ::: spoiler spoilers 1 firstly, the movie is very hamstrung together. The pacing of the movie is suffocating. It jumps from one plot point to another and another.

there is no character development. In the beginning, it initially tease Kira as mentally unstable or deranged, with the effects of his conversation with durandal and the destiny plan, even hinting at an obsession with it.

the main villain Orpheus (or whatever his name is idk) is something out of fanfiction. He and the entire black knight squadron can read and manipulate minds. In addition, Orpheus desperately wants to bang lacus (to the point he attempted to rape her)

the movie has all the issues of destiny (constant flashbacks, nonstop reuse of old footage (yes Nicol getting sliced again) and lacklustre use of characters (Agnes especially)

Agnes is a character that can be described as a flay clone but not only exhibiting her bad traits but written even more
