This looks awesome! I'll give it a spin and see how it compares to DSub
Pinepods 0.7.2 - The rust based self-hosted podcast platform, complete with Podcasting 2.0 features!
Is there any kind of offline syncing feature for the mobile app if you are disconnected from the server?

How are the mobile controls?
That would definitely be an improvement, using classes is probably more robust. In my case, the project wasn't too huge and it was solo, so I never hit issues with string references.
Thank you! I just started on a new project and it felt nice to remind myself what worked well in the previous one.
Here's a tutorial I wrote on using components to help keep your code organized.
Grow home, it surprisingly gives me Death Stranding vibes
How does it compare to nobara?
Congrats!
But why would the darn thing be wandering?
this is the best timeline
Love these blog posts from them
Thanks! I'm pretty happy with how that turned out, there's cartoony art+cartoony sound effects+ cartoony gameplay
Thank you! You mean the theme of the game or the Godot UI theme?
Thank you! I worked on this in my free time, about 4-8 hours a week roughly, over 2.5 years. It definitely took longer than expected but it was a good lesson in learning how to scope. My biggest regret is probably not doing more design work before I started implementing things.
I also kind of regret doing most of the art myself, next time I would definitely start with premade assets or work with an artist.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed doing some of my own sound effects though. It turns out you just hit things with other things near a microphone 😆
Return to menu is good, I'll add it to my list for next patch! I was playing a bit yesterday to see how high I could score: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/2486635451064632667/6E585FBAF895F9EA93278135F7904F9B0E2A2B51/
I took a wild guess also! I looked for similar Godot games on the steam store. I did try to err on the cautious side though
Making titles is almost as hard as making games 😂
The feedback is very appreciated! I'm collecting a list of things for future patches.
For the difficulty, I definitely skewed towards more difficult because it's an arcade style game. There's always a base of 6 mice per wave, but each power up you purchase adds a mouse to the next wave. The idea is that you can either be really good at bouncing, or you make good use of power ups to be able to reach $70. If you can earn enough to get one power up in a wave, try using that to help start snowballing to higher moneys in subsequent waves
Yes, I tween that for my hitstop effect! Let me know what you think. I struggled a bit to describe the game, it's kind of a strange combination of things
I just released my Godot-made game!
Protect your cute sleeping cat in this action-arcade resource management game with single stick controls. Test your aim by bouncing pesky mice off walls. The more mice you kick away, the more money you earn to buy power-ups. With clever bouncing, combine these power-ups for powerful effects!
Available on Linux and Windows (and developed on Linux!)
It was honestly so fun to develop using this engine, it's so lean compared to something like Unity
TriEdge Hack, a small Godot gamejam game
A small gamejam game I made with Godot. Playable in the browser, let me know what you think!
Videogames, at least the kind I’m talking about (RPGs, adventure kinds of somewhat narrative videogames, Zelda games, Elden Ring, etc), have essentially three “places”: Outside &#…
Building Better Movement in Godot (Text tutorial)
Another darktable text tutorial! I know darktable has a reputation for being intimidating, but it's really powerful software and you can get a lot done with very few modules.
Museum Mask
Taken at the anthropology museum in Mexico City
This orange cardamom cake is a flavorful one-layer cake made with fresh orange and warm cardamom. Olive oil adds a fruity flavor and makes the cake extra moist. It's topped with a two-ingredient chocolate ganache and everyone will love it!
Someone posted an olive oil cake recipe here a while ago. I found and made this one, super good
For fans of text tutorials/haters of video tutorials, I've started writing some darktable tutorials! Here's one on emulating film halation.
If you're in need of some quiet time - and I certainly am, because the people upstairs are having their kitchen refitte…
Love seeing PlanetSide getting shout outs still

It feels like wasted power. You could at least be earning something off it. The creator can either take a cut if it’s free or lump sum for paid. I’ve seen a few idle games take up a lot CPU resources, not necessarily GPU so it had me wondering. Why not make it mine?

I just wrapped up a 3-week internal game jam we did at Mega Crit to evaluate the Godot engine.
