I have daily traumatic flashbacks.
How do I get rid of this?

I also have CPTSD. One of the most helpful things I read about it, was a book called The Body Keeps The Score, by Bessel van der Kolk. Start there.
He is part of the Trauma Research Foundation, which is also an excellent resource..

Gotcha. I'll check that book out. I was recommended it by a good comrade once in Virginia.
