And actually look a little closer and its not as bad as it may seem. There are number of replacement windows, has a modern fuse box and the roof looks good with lead flashing around the firewalls and chimney. And its big, offering a large sitting room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. The garden is pretty decent too. One of my design hang-ups is sunken ceiling spots. Personally, I would never fit them, although I can understand having them in a kitchen or bathroom. But this is just... something. No options for anything but searing white light. I can't even see any lamps in the bedroom.

There's a story or two there. What's weird is there are multiple photographs of what we might call the front as if the photographer couldn't really make sense of it all.
