I suggest we stay on here untill an app with better communities support for Nostr is developed. While waiting we don't just wait but actively support the developement. That means the developers develop, the people with the money donate and the people with advertisement skills advertise.

My proposal is to keep using lemmy with native good communities support while also step by step we migrate fully to nostr when it is ready.

As you may have noticed in the recent days EH was down for some time. The issue was that the version of lemmy that the site is running is nkt very stable. I would suggest we switch software with something more complete backend.

If @[email protected] has no issues I would like to run a vote. A vote that would chanve the future route of EH if the admin agree to follow the outcome of the vote.

The things that I would like you to vote are:

1. Would you like to keep the site running?
2. Would you like to ise another software like lemmy but better function

I keep getting this error whenever I am trying to post images at all - whether it is with the PC or Android phone, and even when trying to edit or create the banner/icons for communities.

It just pops up in the lower left corner as:

Like... people having discussions about how it's nice that Germany is trying to give reperation monies to holocaust victums. Or... just boring rational discussions about things. (most recent things I've come across, I forget the old lemmy.world stuff, but that was tame too.) Or, at the very worst, baseless accusations without evidence.

Seriously, this post right here is probably more offensive than anything I've seen people use as evidence as to why they should defederate from exploding heads.
