This is just the latest of a barrage of instances whereupon justice does not compromise at all, regardless of circumstance or side, and moreso upholds the rights of the truly hapless, as well as those who continually campaign for humanity's good, over those who campaign only for themselves and their ill-gotten wealth and power.

I would also like to add that she's also in the game Sayonara Wild Hearts as the Narrator herself, as a sort of last-minute addition by the developers at Simogo.
With how us humans, regardless of social standing, continue to develop our entire civilization, especially with our immediate surroundings, for the past several centuries, the rate at which we are doing so has been slowly speeding up with newfound technologies and measures, a side effect that of which has been slowly replacing the sweet, calming ambience of nature itself with the brutalist, artificial statis of urban life, without much regard to the creatures we are supposed to take care of and equally preserve for generations to come.
Truly, if we do not ever strive and make pushes towards a sort of a humane-ecological balance, alongside tackling greed as a major factor in this critical climate crisis, we might as well see the Earth's natural resources go "Stand Still, Stay Silent".

“We cannot confirm if Pastor is still in Davao because we also do not know where he is now,” ayon sa pahayag ni dela Rey.

A-Saph - Colordays (vivid/stasis FAN SONG)

Quite possibly the first fanmade song for this multi-genre rhythm game, by this musician person.
I also felt the normalcy kicking back in at this moment; days or weeks ago, it felt like jumbled static and spammed noise perusing through this digital seaside village, with storms periodically downing the entire rafterstructure.
Whatever you are doing and faring right now, Mr. @ernest, stay humble and keep on doing for the best of all, even if it means having to ask for additional help from us when circumstances are dire. :D
Hayyy... Marso na naman, at nagsisimula na naman ang kaalingsangan rito...
Down the chats of the official Fanlore discord server lately (of which I have been in for the past few months), they've been discussing this kind of transgression alongside the HP fanfic debacle (specifically, the Manacled one, of which upon its reworked professional release by its fanfic author gained enough controversy within and outside the fandom that it warranted for a wiki article on its own).
Also, one editor has suggested using "illegal fic binding" in place of the term "illegal "fanbinding" as the latter connotes the non-profit work with a for-profit tone in a negative way. Another has noted that het (in other words, F/M) fanfics sell much more than other pairing-centered ones, and attract more outsiders willing to buy that much for an illegal fic-binded copy, in disrespect to those original authors; throw the franchise copyright shenanigans in, and there we have the entire panfandom world at a crossroads battlefield against those recklessly profiteering for the sake of it.
Also, as a side note, there's also this recently-created wiki article section about said fannish controversy:

Not only that, but through his past connections as a demoscene musician back in the early 1990s (for example, the dark cyberpunk/sci-fi aspect of the soundtrack for "Hardwired", an Amiga OCS creative demo by Silents and Crionics), he has shown his homegrown compositional prowess, even to other musical genres unrelated to that.
Most, if not all, of my experienced dreams so far, have been in 1st person, as if I'm the one living through whatever realism-fantasy-scifi shenanigans I'm in; thing is, most of the time, they're almost exclusively set within my home province, including the central capital city, highways and all.
Consuming and creating various creative media also has its own part in aligning perspectives in those dreams, as well as how the supposed "plot"/"storyline" plays out in its entirety.

It's okay by me; no one's actually got their guts and feels hurt by that much. All is fair game.
Recently tried out vivid/statis on PC (via my older sister's (now my younger bro's) laptop) since last week, even though I'm not that much of a rhythm game enthusiasts, speaking as a young adult keen on exploration and slow-paced music in video games.
For what it's worth, it just feels and plays quite good, with only four keys to smash and hold note bars to (much like Stepmania and other related RGs, but with the addition of bumper bars), as well as a couple of modes and storyline beats to try and dive deep into, including the tough-as-nails, one-miss-and-you-fail Ultimate mode. And its palette of featured songs are a worthwhile mention, ranging from the slow-paced to the absolute hardcore banger type. And this week, I just scored my first FC on Luminaria (Opening 1), and witnessed the game's first edition of their tournament DUALIZED ASCENSIA unfold, from start to finish. Reeked of adrenaline-fueled fun and competition.
That being said, playing through my way on this game deffo improved on my physical reflexes and typing speed quite a bit, even though I get grades lower than A on certain harder charts. I guess we will see if I can achieve my first V grade and complete Class 1 in Course Mode after a couple more rounds of practice and studying Youtube plays of some of those aforementioned charts.
Here, too. My feed's all about architecture, random ramblings, things of nature, music, and of course, Fediverse stuff.
I feel it pleasant to just curate that raftbox of mine to whatever interests I actively do have at the moment, without the vitriolic banter and doomscrolling most other social media platforms have harbored as of late.
As @Drusas also noted below, just discovering and enjoying new things, while also finding stories of humane positivity, everything nature and greenery, and listening to trackertunes that are well-crafted and have a strong storyline involved.
Flairs upon flairs, raids upon raids of colors and lore, voidists beware!
@HeartyBeast Jokes on you, I already figured out what story's on its surface (except for spoiler-territory stuff), as well as having indirectly encountered this banger of a rhythm game myself, through two rip vids on both SiIvaGunner and TimmyTurnersGrandDad several weeks ago, of all things.

As stated in the post title, this online raft's not only for players, but also enthusiasts, both casual and dedicated, of the non-profit, four-key rhythm/mystery visual novel game that's bound to test your hand and sight reflexes with well-made song charts and course journeys, vivid/statis, itself made by Hajimeli and Team Vividstatis.

I should mention that this is a vertical 4-key rhythm game, somewhat markedly different from well-known favorites such as DanceDanceRevolution and Friday Night Funkin', to name a few, but of which also has an accompanying visual novel (yep, the yuri kind) element to it; from what I have played it so far, it feels and looks impressive enough for such a non-profit rhythm game like this, down to the choice of tracks and charts, as well as an in-game league of sorts.
One of our sisters recently had arrived home by way of airplane from some work-related excursion, and it's safe to say it... felt worked out well. But on the other hand, lately, I've been facing difficulties regarding my academic performance for my first semester on this college course I have chosen myself, most ostensibly, due to over-procastinating and adherence to other hobbies on my part; worse, I simply could not fully coherently talk up to one of my blockmates, or even my profs about my problems, out of a small, intimidating fear, even though our NSTP-CTWS one reassured me everything will still be okay, even if my path veers off a bit wrong towards my desired dreams.
For a complete surprise, just the few intro part notes of bo en's "My Time".
It would be mostly this song by Filipino band Over October, even though this could also apply to those missing their own parents or siblings for so long:
Into the Light
It's deffo r/Flairwars and r/Num for me, despite not having been in the latter in the time I was on that site.
Both have their own unique inside jokes, battling systems, lore, fanworks, and most of all, a slow yet steadily thriving community that's accepting of everyone. I often wonder how my first aforementioned community would thrive in this vast federated space, especially with all the new possibilities out here... Maybe new lore expansions, and a reinvigoration on the way?

Education divisions in the provinces tell state auditors that disorganized and unreconciled records of the GSIS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG have prevented them from remitting the deductions
The central office and 12 regional offices of the Department of Education (DepEd) have not remitted a total of P5.55 billion in taxes, insurance contributions, and loan payments deducted from teachers and non-teaching personnel as of end-2022.
Specifically, the education department failed to remit to the following government agencies and corporations:
State auditors said, “The failure by the DepEd Offices to remit the premium contributions deprived their employees of the opportunity to avail [themselves] of loan privileges, earn yearly dividends, and such other benefits…thereby causing undue injury on them.”
Sara drops request for P650-million secret funds
Vice President Sara Duterte is letting go of her request for a combined P650 million in confidential funds for the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Education, saying she must move on from such a “divisive” issue.
She gave this statement to the Senate yesterday amid reports that senators had decided to realign the confidential funds of the OVP and DepEd, which she concurrently heads, along with those of other civilian agencies without security functions.
PSU student screaming in class triggers speculation of evil possession
(Published on November 9, 2023)
In a since-viral video shared on social media circles last November 8, a Palawan State University (PSU) student from the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT) can be seen incoherently screaming and behaving in an erratic way, including nearly hurling a chair, at a certain classroom in the new Architecture building.
The video also showed someone who appears to be a teacher instructing her classmates to assist the distressed student. She also offered a prayer for the young woman. In response, the classmates approached the weeping student.
She was seen too being embraced by her classmates while she continued to cry, shout, and at times, even burst into loud laughter. One individual approached her also, praying and asking for God’s help, as she continued to scream.
While speculations related to supernatural possession abound amongst professors and students, others point to a lack of a formal blessing to the aforementioned building,

PH government urged: File territorial case vs China
Former Supreme Court senior associate justice Antonio Carpio yesterday urged the Philippine government to challenge China to submit to arbitration (namely, the United Nations’ International Court of Justice (ICJ)) its territorial dispute over Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal to finally settle which country has sovereignty.
China earlier accused the Philippines of illegally entering its waters near Panatag Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc, which is within the Philippines’ 200-nautical-mile exclusive economic zone (EEZ).
Carpio explained that the Philippines’ 2016 arbitral award invalidating China’s nine-dash line virtually claiming the entire South China Sea “was only talking of the maritime dispute,” but the decision can also apply to territorial claims.
Meanwhile, Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra gave his perspective on the matter, explaining that a territorial dispute differs from the since-won maritime rights dispute within the Philippines' EEZ, way back in 2016. He, along with Justice Sec

SC issues writ of kalikasan vs Palawan mining operations
Citing the possibility of ”serious irreversible harm” on the environment and residents, the Supreme Court has issued a writ of kalikasan against mining operations in Brooke’s Point in Palawan, insinuating both the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) and Ipilan Nickel Corp. (INC) for failing to act on requests to investigate the mining operations conducted by Celestial Nickel Mining and Exploration Corp. (CNMI) and implement a cease and desist order issued by the DENR last year.
