I think a better question would be "Should they be rescued?". Billionaires are a stain on humanity. You simply do not need that much wealth for any valid purpose.

There's various types of leather, some of which are actually porous. I'm no expert but you can Google it.

The point about rain protection isn't related to the water getting through but because rain can contain chemicals and salt which can stain the leather and also make the leather brittle and vulnerable to mechanical damage, like getting cracks on it because it loses some of it's natural elasticity.

This is usually prevented by oiling it and putting various rain protection products on it.

One thing to add, that haven't been thought to me in the CPR course.

It's fucking exhausting and you will get tired very soon. The training dummy doesn't require nowhere near as much force as a real person. To give you an example, it's quite common to crack or break a rib of the CPR recipient even if CPR is done right. That's how much force you have to use. Without the required force, your pushes won't reach the heart.

Make sure there is someone else who knows how to do CPR or at least is looking how you're doing it and can repeat that or follow your commands once you switch.

I've only had to give someone CPR once and I haven't been as tired in my whole life. No way the "I've been giving him CPR for 30 minutes..." You see on a TV screen is real. I felt like I'll need CPR myself after 3 minutes.

It's breathable but works in both warm and cold weather. This makes it ideal for spring and autumn. It's easy to clean although it's also hard to maintain (you have to oil it and protect it against rain). It lasts for very long if you care for it unlike fabric or fake leather, so a leather jacket can be worn for decades and still look and feel great.

All I'm saying that it can be sometimes difficult to distinguish what is ok and what isn't but I'm in favour of not having anything underage anywhere on the internet.

I base it sorely on my knowledge of the weapon, it's theoretical placing in the current meta, and what stats the Riven has or if it is unrolled.

So, for example, if I get a Veldt Riven, I'll be happy to sell it for 10 if at all, but if I get a Kuva Bramma Riven, even unrolled can go for a few hundred.

As for stats, a lot of people are idiots who just flock to the CC, CD, MS stats regardless of the weapons Riven Disposition and will pay or demand massive amounts of Platinum for them but will instead completely misjudge a value of a good QoL Riven on a low Dispo weapon. They also don't understand the impact of some of the negative stats. Having -60% magazine size on a bow has absolutely no effect but some people will be convinced this makes the weapon unusable. Likewise, some will claim -Zoom is harmless but then don't realize it's for a Incarnon weapon that needs headshots so this makes it harder to aim with.
