Exactly
I also recently started pirating again. The cost is too damn high for all these streaming platforms, not to mention a lot of the base packages have ads/commercials (gross). I use Stremio+Torrentio+Real Debrid (which is insanely cheap compared to purchasing 6 different streaming platforms). Until there is a massive change to how media is circulated this is gonna be my setup.
Same. Spent 3 hours on Gundyr in ds3 just to watch my non gamer wife beat him second try. Hated the game then came back to it with a friend who had finished it and voila, my new never ending addiction.
Honestly Kitboga is just so soothing to listen to
Pretty much any Brandon Sanderson book series. Mistborn, Steelheart, Way of King's, Skyward.... Etc
No matter how dark the night, morning always comes. And our journey begins anew. - Lulu FFX
It's from the video game Final Fantasy X, but it's still such an amazing qoute
Thank you for the tldr! Should be mandatory if OP posts something like this
Anything. Music makes everything easier to do for some reason
If you need a laugh:
This Paranormal Life and The Adventure Zone.
This Paranormal Life is a comedy podcast about 2 guys who investigate the paranormal and come down on an answer as to whether they believe the story happened or not. They go into deep detail about the subjects they are talking about in a hilarious but informative way.
The Adventure Zone is a tabletop roleplaying podcast about the McElroy family trying to play roleplaying games and creating amazing stories all in a hilarious way.
Chicken Broccoli Braid from Pampered Chef. Trust me, it's worth it.
My relationship with my mother
I've just started a new game in Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen on my switch. Surprised at how well it's held up
After discovering revanced and smarttube I refuse to ever go back
If ya want to "modernize" it more you could end it like:
Why did the gorilla fall out of the tree?
It identified as a monkey.
From my understanding peertube has less restrictions of content compared with youtube. But I could very well be wrong. I'd say upload content to both. It won't hurt having 2 types of audience and could potentially bring more views. I know several creators that upload to both.
In my experience everyone has to start somewhere. I started with just a simple headset mic and eventually got a Blue Yeti usb mic. You don't necessarily need a powerful pc. Programs like OBS, especially if you are just recording, can be optimized for lower end PC's. I recorded on an old laptop for a while and it worked just fine. Start with what you have and upgrade when you can. Good luck!
I don't think it's any different from saying that your newborn is cute or someone's toddler is a cute kid. It has nothing to do with sexual attraction to the child. Now, I don't know if your BF is looking for sexual attraction to his younger self. I'd suggest asking probing questions as to the answer he's looking for. Communication is key to any and all relationships
There is no such thing as common sense, just logic and stupidity. One can move from one category to the other through trial and error, but don't ever believe that something is "common sense" because your view on something is not the same as someone else.
Dead Before Dawn 3d 2012: I find this movie a fun and hilarious silly movie. The plot itself is pretty straight forward but I love the characters and comedic dialogue. Definitely underrated.

Not sure if this fits here but I thought y'all would enjoy
Or for those without capability to do aux cables, there are cheap Bluetooth receivers that connect to your car radio.
Tbh I never really commented or upvoted anything on reddit. I was always a lurker but when I started with the fediverse I feel like I can actually interact for some reason
QoL addition to Jerboa
I would love to see more swipe gesture features implemented. Like when I click into a post and am reading comments it'd be nice, especially since I use one hand to surf Lemmy, to swipe from left to right to close the post and continue scrolling my feed instead of having to hit the back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen, which is usually too far away when I'm using my right hand only. Sync for Reddit had a feature like this and it made things easier. What do y'all think?
