  • Considering they are delaying pre orders due to the tariffs I do not think tariffs are the reason the price is so high. I think Nintendo is trying to set a new standard for game prices. If these games still sell at $80 then I wouldn’t be surprised to see GTA 6 release for $100. The whole gaming market will likely follow.

  • You are right that the US has no national vaccine database. However some States have their own records database. I know mine does for instance. They know all the vaccines I’ve ever had. This does depend on the doctor/provider/hospital reporting to the State that they administered you a vaccine.

  • That’s unfortunate! I’m fortunate that there are 2-3 dairy’s within a couple hours whose ice cream are in local stores. I’ve also found some at farmers markets. You might find a real cheap second hand ice cream maker which can make the process a breeze. I love making homemade.

  • I am aware of both of those definitions thank you. literally only reinforces my point. Have a good day.

I have provided multiple reasons for reasoning. If you’re gonna sit there and wait for them to stop giving excuses for their actions, then you’re never gonna stop waiting

  • Bro, you’re the one here trying to nitpick definitions. You just said justification requires A pretense of reason. That reason could very well be” because you wanted to”. There’s no limit to what that reason given could be.

To save us from the democrats

    To protect this country

Because I wanted to because only I know what’s best.

To get back at all those evil doing minorities

Those are literally all reasons and could be used as justification for actions

  • A justification is any reason given to justify an action. Fascist will always have a justification for their actions. You said you’re waiting for them to stop trying to justify it, but that’s never going to happen. There will always always be bullshit justification.

Just because things could get worse, doesn’t mean that they aren’t an absolute catastrophe already and it is a cope to sit there and Keep telling yourself” well at least it’s not worse than it is now.”

  • You realize they will always have some sort of “justification”. Heck, saying “ I felt like it” would be a justification.

You’re waiting for a line to be crossed that has already been crossed.

Edit: For your specific cope here: under no legal basis would already having that plane in the air change the legality of the situation. If it was in the air they could’ve and should’ve turned it around.

    Patient gamer philosophy

So I have a philosophical gaming question for you.

Visual novels are admittedly pretty niche in the gaming market as a whole.

If they don’t sell well enough sequels don’t happen.

So, as a patient gamer, do I pay full price for these games to support further development even though that means buying less games.

Or do I wait till they go for deep discount like I have been and have therefore been able to spread my limited support around more.

If my end goal is making sure these games keep being made as much as possible, what’s my best option?

I am all for the patient gaming mentality and typically wait until games are 50%+ off before I think of purchasing.

Looking for opinions on my best course of action. Thanks!
