I made this with a few adjustments suggested in the comments. I added fennel, because I love fennel, and I used basil instead of parsley because the store had no parsley.
It was a lovely, comforting, warm meal! I'd never had grapes in a savory application before, but they paired nicely with the sausage and cheese! They added just a tiny bit of sweetness, and they ended up nice and soft!

Guy talks about a janky winter racing game. I love unfair bullshit games like this, they're delightfully frustrating in an almost-charming way.
Great! I don't think downvotes are conducive to actual discussion and expression - if you don't have the courage or ability to actually verbalize your distaste then your opinion is worthless.
I'm fairly left-leaning and I want to be able to have actual discussion, not be downvoted to hell or see people who disagree with me be downvoted to hell.
What was your first game?
Mine was probably Digimon World (PS1). I remember that my family shared a save, and boy howdy anytime my turn landed on the in-training digimon we'd be screwed, because I trained them so shoddily we'd get the sentient puke monster.
But my first game I played with any sort of competence was Herdy Gerdy (PS2), a cute puzzle game where you'd herd made-up animals with instruments and stuff. I 100%ed it as a kid, but it really does still hold up!
Tell me, Burggit people, what were your first games? πΊ

Braised Wild Boar Shanks with Sweet Soy and Star Anise
Johnny Monis braises meaty wild boar shanks in a fragrant broth until the meat almost falls off the bone.
I tried this like... a year ago? It's super good, and made an incredible stock I saved for one of the best soups I've ever had. The meat was so rich, so tender. If you can get your hands on some boat I highly recommend it, 5 stars.
