not a course but a book Eloquent Javascript, especially chapters 13 to 19.

The Book is about plain JavaScript and a big chunk of it is about javascript in Websites.

Ich hab gedacht ich würde einen Kriegsfilm zu sehen bekommen, aber ich glaube es ist vor allem ein Film über Journalisten oder eher Reporter und die zeigen was sie grade sehen und ordnen es nicht in größeren Kontext ein, deswegen hat der Film nicht die klassische "gute" Seite gegen die "schlechte" Seite, wie in vielen anderen Kriegsfilmen sondern zeigt Leute die einfach im Geschehen sind.

gittea ltd was founded without adhering to the governance model gittea had and also claimed copyright on atleast the name and logo of gittea. many felt a non-profit would be a better way to organize development and thats how codeberg e.v. came to be.

the problem is not, and never was offering support and service against money, you can right now start selling forgejo if you'd desire to, it was allways about how the project itself should be organized.

afaik not an issue with pigs, but with bovines and deer, would not eat those and neither would have Grandmother, BSE was a big thing when i was a kid.

Brain was used in old cold cut recipes and still sees use in some specialty restaurants and such. it's not common (i guess mostly because it spoils faster than most of the rest of the animal), but not unheard off.

My Grandmother was once very pleased to get her hands on fresh brain, which she basicaly stir fried with eggs and oinions. Me and my brother were not pleased with it, but i think it once was a fairly popular dish in germany and austria.

so if you know a butcher you trust you might be able to buy cleaned fresh brain. I still would not recommend it, but if it can be used why not?
