Fishburne was very diplomatic when asked for his opinion on the finished Matrix 4: "it was better than I expected, but not as good as I had hoped".
Hugo weaving, the actor for Smith, didn't appear in the film due to alleged scheduling conflicts, but I suspect he took a look at the script and noped out of it.
It's a shame, it could've been good.
No, it is imperative that they keep retreading the existing formula and include lots of call backs that fans will remember /s
After looking at the list, I get the feeling that most stories if historical intrigue are PT Barnum style hoaxes. Life is much more boring than we were led to believe.
So, it doesn't affect existing models, just the new ranges of NAS that will be released soon. And if you own an old one you can use it to format non supported drives and migrate to the newer models.
Pretty shit, but at least it's not going to majorly affect existing set ups.
I wonder if Synology will realise how bad of a move this is and one day roll it back. This will kill their consumer level market share, do they have enough of an enterprise market for this to make up the difference?
Two different shows
Which version of the series is better to watch? The American version or the Chinese version?
Oh, I see.
I just saw the subscription costs and the free tier as limited to 10 recipes. I didn't realise the self hosted version was fully functional
I suppose, but what's the worth of self hosting when the functionality is locked behind a subscription fee. If the company goes down you still lose the software.
Paprika recipe manager seems like an equivalent, and it's not subscription based. Just a one time purchase per OS
I've got that. Very useful for looking unaffected by pressure changes, which is to say, not that useful.
I'd convert to induction straight away if it were easy and cheap, but you need to have an electrician run a separate mains voltage cable to the cooktop. Having single brick walls inside basically means you wait until you're ready to remodel the whole kitchen.
Inside all of us there are two hippos...
There's a great episode of Derren Brown with this scam, but related to horse race betting
Why isn't it an exit? There could be a ladder or a tunnel or a portal.
Isn't it amazing how birds reverse engineered airplanes?
I think I might play Bravely Default.
I'd heard good things, and decided to play the first hour or so. It's better then I had expected. It really is what Final Fantasy used to be. I was playing FF Dimensions to scratch that itch, but I hate playing games on a mobile phone. BD is what FF would be like if they had today's tech and pacing back in the late 80s/early 90s.
I was a little disappointed to find it has micro transitions, but it seems limited for now. Hopefully it was just a bad design choice that doesn't impact the main game.
Some of the best games are games that no one asked for.
As a non American who has visited the US,
It's the creepiest thing when the anthem starts playing and everyone around you turns into zombies, all facing the same direction, all frozen in place. The first time it happened I felt like I was the only human left in an Invasion of the Body Snatchers situation.
Real brainwashed vibes.
It won't change how you would handle them, you need to treat them all as a risk, but it would reduce accidental detonation after the time limit. Like a kid running over one in 20 years time.
"stop depicting blobfish like this, and blobfish isn't what it's called"
That specific one, as depicted, is blobfish. Blobfish is not a species, it's an individual. Like Greenboots.

Usenet-curious, will I find a treasure trove of reality tv?
I'm looking for things like Amazing Race (all the spin-off countries), Survivor, Gladiators, Ninja Warrior, etc.
If I dip my toe into the Usenet thing, will I find this sort of stuff? Do I have to look in a certain spot? By this I mean do different servers tend to store different styles of catalogues, or do they network like a P2P system?
Apologies if I'm not making sense, I don't really know the correct jargon.
