It took 100 days for this fan to make sense of the sprawling game design.

You must be living in the Twilight Zone at this point.
You better hope the Bobs don’t come through your place of work looking to make changes.
Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late. I use the side door, that way my boss can't see me. Uh, and after that, I just sorta space out for about an hour. I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too. I'd probably, say, in a given week, I probably do about fifteen minutes of real, actual work.
The thing is, it's not that I'm lazy. It's just that I just don't care. It's a problem of motivation, all right? Now, if I work my ass off and the company ships a few extra units, I don't see another dime. So where's the motivation? And here's another thing,I have eight different bosses right now!
So that means when I make a mistake, I have eight different people coming by to tell me about it. That's my real motivation - is not to be hassled. That and the fear of losing my job, but y'know, it will only make someone work hard enough not to get fired.
Now they are trying to offer me some kind of stock option and equity sharing program? I have a meeting tomorrow where I am probably going to be laid off.
Are they over their bankruptcy already?
This was going to be my comment. This place looks way too clean for something so full of graffiti.

Unfortunately yes. Instagram is tied to my industry and work, so I don’t think I’ll be able to fully get away from social media.
This episode felt more like a mid season finale than a proper season closure. Overall I did enjoy the show, but it did feel like it was two shows in one. Hopefully next season will get us back on track.
Oh cool, glad to see some modern ones. I don’t think this model stands up from what I can tell.
This was going to my answer as well. While spelling on the internet is pretty bad, English isn’t the primary language of many people on Lemmy.
This is ironically how I discovered I had this. I took off the glasses and took turns looking with one eye closed to see the effect. I randomly did it some time later without the glasses on out of curiosity and noticed there was still a slight color shift. Young me thought it was the 3D colored glasses that damaged my eyes.
This is why I used to love Game of The Year Editions when they first became a thing. They had all the DLC and it was all packed into one place with all the patches it needed, plus I could buy it used. They are becoming less and less of a thing (I’m not even sure if they exist anymore). Further more some of the last GOTY editions just had codes inside to download the DLCs and seemed like they just included the original disc that needed the patches. Physical will likely just keep going downhill.
Really wish their heritage cars were real. Most EVs today look boring to me, so I agree.
Trying to get through the latest season of Invincible and then will try and start pantheon.
The smell a candle makes when it’s put out.
Yeah, I think it’s a bit unnecessary and leaning too much into the modern EV digital dashboard appeal.
Man, $250,000 for the one in the video. It’s a beautiful car though.
Thank you for this comment. It was very insightful. I’ve also never seen the Buick GNX, it looks really cool. Not sure how I’ve never come across it.
That unfortunately ends up being the dynamics of these kinds of posts. I usually try to upvote only with what I believe is an actual unpopular opinion for the sake of the question.
