Mass phone tracking via cell tower dumps ruled unconstitutional

    This private company has used sattelites (ones even higher up than Starlink sattelites) to map RF signals all over the globe for a decade. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HawkEye_360

    This includes cell signals, they can map every single cellphone in the world and it's location. Newer cell signals (4G and 5G) don't leak any identifying signals, but 2G and 3G signals leak signals that identify your exact phone, and is 100% visible from space.

  • Yeah, I've seen some from Serbia that are just bribed plates that have gotten impounded in Germany and UK.

    Sadly in Norway there's an exception for any US or Canadian legal vehicle that has been registered for at least 6 months in US/Canada that makes it so it can be brought to Norway and registered fully legal, with no modifications.

    You then abuse the fact that Schengen regulations say that anything road legal in a Schengen country is road legal in any other Schengen country, and boom you can register a 6month old Cybertruck in any Schengen country.

  • It's not really a term limit, but here in Norway you're not allowed to work a government job after passing 70.

    This also applies to elected officials, so hey at least we don't have anyone over 70.

  • As someone who lives in a very snowy area of the world, and has a car with a "shelf" in front of the headlights.

    No, it is not. Car designers think about something called aerodynamics that makes sure headlights have air moving in a certain way to clear snow and also other debris from them when driving. The cybertruck has had no such considerations taken when designed.

    Imagine jeans, with almost cargo pants level of capacity, that still look like normal jeans. The extra side pockets are fantastic for phone on one side and wallet on the other.

    They're also nice and stretchy, and they have lasted me years of almost daily use.

    They ain't that cheap though.
