My group of friends on Discord is keeping an eye on alternatives since we all pretty much hate Discord, and can see that it's going to get much worse. I'm sure as hell not letting Discord scan my face, that's for sure.
Internally / in their documentation, they actually refer to servers as "guilds".

Aren't that many people, who are willing to be mods, would make for good ones, are interested in the community, speak English, or god forbid another language if needed, have enough free time, and are in the right timezone to make up for the lack of others' availability.
Well they apparently had, or still have, communication with Bethesda. So both they and Microsoft have obviously been fine with it so far, that doesn't mean they can't change their minds of course, but considering how many of a game's lifetime sales are done as preorders or day one, I don't think they're too worried about Skyblivion affecting the profit from the remaster, since most people don't have a PC, aren't aware of it, don't care for it, or aren't patient enough to wait for it to release.

Feel like saying it's trivial seriously undermines the amount of struggling and effort that it's taken to get it to the point it's at. The Duskbloods might be different, but then it's just a whole different can of worms dealing with Nintendo's lawyers.
