There are over 6 million Jews living in Israel today. The vast majority are going to be Zionists because they support the idea of an independent Jewish/Israeli state. That's kind of the big problem with a lot of the Americans talking about moving to Europe for benefits. They lack these benefits because their jobs aren't specialized or well paid, and European countries aren't likely to accept their visa applications. Outside of marrying a European national, the best path is probably collective bargaining in the states.
