I grew up in the South (USA) and had to go to church every weekend. So you can imagine the types of conservative ideas I grew up with. A lot has changed for me, if we're talking politics or religion, I don't fit in with the rest of my immediate family.
I mean, not NO ONE. Plenty of people found it funny. They just suck and I don't like them
Lol that's what my brain thinks every time, it always takes me a second to get past the "why is everyone so mad at magic??" (Aside from obscene prices, but that's why I just print fake cards for casual play)

Here's an AU source for ya
Agreed. What? I've never seen a study stating this. And anecdotally, it worked fine for me, once I found the right therapist, the first two were meh, not a good fit.
I don't know many people that can afford a 29 day vacation (I'm in the US, and yes I'm jealous of what I hear about European benefits)
Ugh, wish my doc had been concerned about my drinking when it was a problem. Nope. I went in with insomnia problems, and explicitly told him I also have a drinking problem, and he prescribed the max dose of extended release Ambien with a casual "oh don't drink on this" as if I hadn't just told him I had a problem. I used to drink every day, he thought I'd magically stop because he prescribed something for me to take every day? NOPE. Surprised I didn't die from the alcohol + Ambien combo because I didn't realize how bad it truly was to mix those.
Well she involuntarily quit responding to Mom now that she's a grandma (not my doing, my siblings have kids). So now I call her the same thing the kids do, Mimi
Yea I only have a bachelor's in physics, can't explain the black magic fuckery that is electromagnetism. Go find someone with a PhD, I bailed to be an engineer
An actual textbook cover. I mean... An ancient grimoire of the dark arts

Edit: I almost forgot about the sequel

I mean, yea. The people designing the AC to DC power supplies often don't care what you use them for, why would they bother putting schematics for a real load on their diagram?
Bleach + ammonia = chloramine
Bleach + vinegar = chlorine gas
Both are harmful
I know someone who missed an emailed wedding invite because of an AI assisted inbox sorting. Yea, hard pass, I don't want this
Beautiful use of machine learning and machine vision, get out of here with facial recognition everywhere, give me shit like this
And they're not accounting for any amount of cooling between slaps. What's the ambient temp? What's the rate of slap?
Beat me to it by 6 minutes, darn
Nice, I was going to post GPD. Also no personal experience, I've wanted one for a while now, maybe one day.
Bumped into something sharp and it cut me. No biggie. Except for the part where I haven't self harmed in 3.5 years and it looks EXACTLY like something I would've done intentionally. Mildly triggering. I'll live though.
Play on words. They're saying that fucking someone lower on the 0-10 hotness scale is fucking DOWN, so fucking someone hotter is fucking UP (I don't really use that scale lol, just easiest way to describe it)
Toeing is correct. Something like not stepping over a line, whether literal or figurative, you're up at the edge, almost crossing the line, your toes are touching it. Toeing the line.
