  • Proton. They're a great company, and offer more services than just a VPN.

They're also the only for profit (at the time) company I've ever seen say, "Hey, our cost of running the services has dropped, so we're lowering our prices."

One cool feature they offer is their secure core servers. Basically, your traffic bounces to a server in a neutral country (Switzerland for instance), then back to a US server so it looks like your traffic is from the US on the website's end. This does noticeably increase latency, though (~200ms for me)

  • You don't need any new parts to fix this, though, except maybe a new sock. You just heat up your hotend for a while and it'll pull off. If it's too thick, stick the hotend in the oven for a bit.

  • The US has a bad history regarding competency tests. It's better to have a cut off age.

Even if they're mentally capable, they probably won't be alive to experience the consequences of the decisions they make while in office.

Plus, in your 90s you're not going to be very aware about the issues that most of the population face.

  • I'm still dubious about his win, especially since it's one of the thinnest margins in history.

It's a fact that bomb threats were called into Democrat majority polling places and judges refused to extend polling hours to account for it.

It's a fact that Republican states engaged in heavy voter suppression in major metropolitan areas.

And it's extremely suspicious that bullet ballot rates were orderes of magnitude higher than previous elections only in swing states.

Option to mark posts as read after voting on it.

It would be helpful, for those of us who have pictures load in our feed, to have the option to have those posts marked as read after voting.

This would eliminate the need to click on every picture to use other "marked as read" features.
