It's not about the who but the context where I find myself. Being a bit of a naturist/nudist, nudity is not immediately sexual for me. I'm comfortable with my body. I do avoid making others feel awkward.

It really depends. And it is awfully unfair. Women have lingerie. Guys... have underwear.
If the objective is to tease and just make things simmer for a very long time, give me lace, strong colours and as little fabric as humanly possible,just barely visible or noticeable under the clothing. Is it there? Is it not? Keep me guessing.
If it is to set the mood and go straight to the point, lets move towards full body web or mesh suits, with open crotch. Let's be obvious. Very obvious.
For guys, being one, I would like to have some choice but the most risqué underwear I own are jock straps. It's good for a laugh or a tease, but not much else.
