  • The problem is that mbin's "API" is quite different from Lemmy and PieFed. It would be easier to make an entirely new app for mbin rather than try to retrofit those capabilities into the existing lines of code, which could cause maintanence headaches with the coding (as I understand it) This is a core reason why Photon (one of the "clients" for Lemmy) has not yet added a functionality for it
