no they are a bit slow with it, the NA and EU servers are always the first ones since they already have those servers running from their beta (and also I would imagine those servers are significantly cheaper)
they do have australian servers? they just open them a few days after the start of the event and usually close them before the event ends due to the servers no longer being used, pretty sure the australian servers were only 2 days late this time which isn't bad, especially since the singapore servers were only 1 day late.
nice! I just got 4 missions in tonight, luckily they got Singapore servers open, currently playing from Australia so hoping they open their servers for it soon

CustomLander TF2 is running a 4v4 tournament for 5 different regions (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia)
The tournament has multiple divisions per region, teams are 4 players and can have 2 subs. Signups close 27th of March, the first sets of matches will start the 30th of March. This tournament will also have medals.
Maps are chosen with a pick/ban system from a pool containing: koth_bagel_rc8 koth_jamram_rc1b koth_cornyard_b4 koth_maple_ridge_rc1 koth_cascade koth_badlands cp_warmfrost_rc1
If anyone is interested, I am happy to create a Lemmy.world/c/tf2 team if we have enough people (we can play in which ever region we have the most players for)

I'm new to warhammer and do not own any paints, since I've been playing Total War Warhammer 2, I've enjoyed playing as the skaven so I was hoping to get the vanguard skaven miniatures, however I do not have the book that would tell me which paints to get. Which paints will I want for the skaven? And are there any cheap alternative paints that might also work well?
