A lot of psychoactive medicines will literally just kill you if you eat grapefruit lol.
In the one medication I know about, grapefruit prevents your body from filtering the medication out of your blood, eventually causing the levels in your blood to become lethal
Im getting a little tired of all the North Korea apologists recently. Hundreds of people (per year!) don't cross literal minefields to escape a country that just has "different values" from them. It's nice that the country is anti-Israel, but North Korea absolutely sucks to live in right now.
I think every political meeting should have a silent "throw them in a volcano button" that every attendee has. Usually, nobody knows who presses the button or when, but if everyone in the room does it, they legally have to throw that person in a volcano immediately
The Iris devs are making a new mod called Aperture, that will fully replace Iris/Optifine and then some. Hopefully the newer shaders will be able to take advantage of a lot of modern hardware features like ray tracing. It is going to be a real pain to translate existing shaders though (speaking as someone who will have to do that at some point)
The "girl button" thought experiment is just a fun correlation; It's not a requirement or a signifier of being trans. Being your ideal self also applies to cis people
