  • You have to be trolling.

    You actually CAN tinker with atomic distros even more.

    Immutable distros offer penalty-free tinkering because of the aforementioned atomicity and rollbacks. If I screw something up, I can just rollback the entire OS or whichever parts I want.

  • Maybe he should try not making the most boring spy film I’ve ever seen. I’m not hard to impress either. I enjoyed “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy” and tend to love the spy genre by default. So I was excited to see this but HIGHLY disappointed with it. It was boring at best.

  • Top admiral with a job waiting in the private sector worth untold millions says we need more warships to subjugate other countries and continue destroying the planet as quickly as possible under the guise of “defense” while 70,000 people a year die due to preventable illnesses.

  • Another suggestion I have yet to see mentioned is Zig. It’s easier to learn than Rust but just as powerful. It’s arguably more ambitious than even Rust because they are approaching LLVM as well as building a C/C++ replacement.
