I got a walking pad and a sit stand desk for when I work from home. I make myself walk for at least an hour per work day on that. Then I try to get in another outdoor walk for 30-60 minutes as time allows.
My body isn't terribly happy with me, but I'm struggling through for now. I need to try some better running shoes to see if that helps next.
Can someone explain pinetime to me? If I buy it, do I have to install SW or is it set up out of the box?
I mostly just want a reliable step counter and maybe a heart rate monitor, but I don't have time to deal with installing custom SW or whatever
I've been roasting pork butts in the oven for pulled pork. Rub the butt with whatever rub you want - I use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder so it's neutral. Let sit uncovered in fridge overnight to dry out a bit. Roast at 275F for about 12-14 hours. It comes out great and is usable in all sorts of things.
Talos Principle mostly. Got it free on GOG a while back from Amazon Prim gaming. It a pretty fun puzzle game. I have had to look up a few puzzles because I was stumped, but generally trying to work my way through it without help

I rinse mine in the sink, tap on a towel a few times, then dry with microfiber
Great fishing in queebec
I think we could do a chicken thighs, chicken breast, and plastic bottle rum version of the diet for cheap
I'm thinking the Champagne of Beers is where it's at.
Don't forget it has to be lit up too. Remember when sunning your taint was a health kick? I bet it kills hella viruses
I try to get in 30-40 minutes walks with entertaining audiobooks on my earbuds. I breathe fresh air and think about anything but life.
Occasionally I find myself trapped in thoughts and realize that I haven't been listening to the book, so I back it up and try again
I have the same issue. I think they add the flame grilled flavor through the magic of additives and it probably flavors your stomach for hours

Swiping back operation when following web links
I often follow a web link and then click on another link on the web page. When I swipe back, I expect to go back to the original web page, but it goes all the way back to Lemmy page where I started.
I am using Google Pixel 6, this is only way to go back, so not sure if this is unique to Pixels.
