Depends on you budget. Personally, I feel like the Clever Dripper and the Hario Switch are the best choices for making good coffee for someone just starting out.

Yup. I used AirBnB when they first started and it wasn't terrible but then it became a huge hassle. Don't give me a list of chores and then I might get penalty fees if I don't do them right. Plus all the other damn fees. I don't even bother to look at ABnB any more

What kind of burr/grinding mechanism is inside this? Does it use a ceramic burr or steel or no burrs but some other kind of thing?
