  • Literally anyone I know who ever owned an e-bike has had it stolen. I don't own a bicycle anymore, since I can't keep them inside and they keep getting stolen.

Not sure where you live, but in major cities this is a huge issue. Just consider the profit to be made on e-bikes.

  • You really shouldn't use fabric softener for things intended to absorb and transfer moisture at some point anyway (So almost all laundry). It is terrible for the moisture wicking abilities of fabrics.

  • Also there's another effect: If you go to Venice for example and order Spaghetti Carbonara there, you will get the inauthentic version tourists are used to, because the restaurant is going to try to appeal to the tourists preferences. Now you have Italian chefs making an inauthentic version of their original dish, which probably won't be as good as the actual inauthentic version. (hope that makes sense lol)

  • That cup of coffee you make at home before you leave does not possess the same psychological comfort as the one you have at the end of your commute just before walking into the office.

I don't see this point at all?

To me it provides way more comfort to take the time and enjoy a cup of of coffee at home.

I'd need to make a detour to get a way too expensive coffee that tastes worse and then I'd have to drink it while walking through the noisy city.

    I see no benefits?

  • Modern pizza originates in the US, so I don't know why the fuck anyone would go to Italy and expect it to be better.

Because the authentic version of any cuisine is usually preferred over the americanised one by anyone who isn't from the US.

  • Does this explanation by ChatGPT make sense to you?

This comment seems to express a strongly negative opinion about Google. The writer is suggesting that Google's services should not be included in any positive or useful lists. Instead, they believe that Google and its services should be on a "list of things to avoid," implying that using Google is something people should avoid for some reason – likely due to concerns about privacy, data collection, or general distrust of the company.
