  • Have you thought about ADHD? It's a common symptom of free-flowing fear and anxiety. It might be counterintuitive, but some medications like methylphenidate or dextroamphetamine can work much better than any SSRI or similar.

    Apart from medication, there are some things that might alleviate this issue, such as diet, lifestyle, etc.

    Have you done any blood tests?

  • Rarely does something happen in Poland that is commented on internationally. But something happening between Russia and Poland is such a big deal here. There is a lot of talk about war, Russian bots, and Russian propaganda. It doesn't even matter if it's from the left or the right. Truly interesting to look at from the sidelines. The propaganda is so intense that you really start to doubt yourself.

  • That was my thinking exactly. I'm from Poland, but I guess my thinking got tankified, which is great. The US immediately started drums of war. Let's be honest, maybe they realized that they have nothing on China, so they want to get back into the Ukrainian mess again.
