False equivalance; Everyone knows 99% of politicians on both sides don't really give a shit. When one side is literally fascism and the other believes in our Constitution and Democracy, there is no consideration. As an American, your vote in that situation should be automatic. I think that's obtuse, comedy has no limits: As long as you don't act upon uncomfortable / morally reprehensible ideas you joke about, you aren't any worse or better than if you had never joked about it. I would argue that exposing a bunch of people for what they joke about with no evidence that they've actually done something wrong is far worse than joking about offensive subjects. (one has zero negative affects, the other has many)

Tbf, his unconstitutional executive orders will not stand. The constitution is being enforced, a Reagan-Era judge just shot down the one on birthright citizenship without a second thought. Even if he tries to pull a Hitler, I have faith that he will fail, and he will not pass an amendment to make any of this possible.
What scares me isn't some kind of emergency power grab, it's the Supreme Court. If they look at one of his unconstitutional orders and say "Eh, fuck all prior case law and decisions by this very court, you're good." that is an unprecedented misuse of power and would undermine the entire point of the constitution.
They'd get laughed off the line unless they tried to fabricate evidence against me, which at that point is a different crime.

Saw Louis Rossmans original video on the app and figured (and it may well have been) it would be buggy and awful at that point. Decided to gike it a try, the app has all the options I could want for watching youtube, it's multiplatform to a much greater degree than Newpipe and it's forks.
The reason I don't ever expect to go back to Newpipe or Libretube is the plugins update through the app, meaning I can get bypasses to YouTubes bullshit as fast as they're developed.
Newpipe is usually updated quickly, but in my experience forks like Tubular that include sponsorblocks often delay me from getting that update.
Overall, very good experience so far!
