  • Basically, I would say the term fish is more like our term for tree (representing a niche rather than clade) unless you would argue all vertebrates are fish. We are a member of the clade bony fish so we are bony fish but we do not fill the same niche as fish so aren't a fish. So "Bony Fish" is a noun distinct from bony (adjective) fish (noun).

  • Bony fish specifically but I'd argue that the common name for the clade bony fish is misleading and that bony fish aren't a subtype of fish but rather a clade of animals descending from a subset of the non-clade category of things we call fish. Not all fish belong to a single clade we can call fish, bony fish descend from one of these unrelated things we collectively refer to as fish.

  • He is also not the same Frank Wilhoit who wrote the Politics of Massive Resistance though the quote has been often misattributed to him. (Understandable given that one Frank Wilhoit was a political scinetist but the Frank Wilhoit who wrote the quote was a composer, though the quote was written far after the political scientists death and can be clearly attributed to the composer)

  • Sick of the reporting on situations like this highlighting the fact a person is Jewish over the fact they are an Israeli or a Zionist. It contributes greatly to the idea that it is Jewish people as a whole and not specifically Zionists that are spreading this hatred. Heck "notorious Islamaphobe" is probably way more relevant than the fact he happens to be Jewish.

  • Exceptional. Better than most native writers. Only suggestion is that the ascenders and descenders (the bits that go above and below the lines in letters like l, p, b, d etc.) should be larger, aim for roughly 2/3 taller than a letter like x or o. f, and t ascend slightly less, about 1/3 taller than an x or o.
