  • Centrism just got appropriated by the far-right, to push the overton window to the right, that's all. Got a few actually centrist friends, they repeatedly get called "radical communists" for wanting to tax the rich.

  • You forgot the rainbow tankie:

    • Claims tankie regimes were/are not homophobic, laws just targeted fascists/pedophiles/rainbow revolutions.
    • Thinks China is some sort of pro-LGBTQ+ utopia.
    • Avid believer of "cultivation theory", thinks extreme censorship (which includes literal book burnings and death penalty) of entertainment media will fix bigotry of all kinds.
    • Avid believer of sex/porn addiction, uses shoddy christian-funded and/or Chinese studies to justify it.
  • Supposedly a clip of Trump saying in an interview (with Oprah?), that republicans are easy to fool, then it turned out the episode was interrupted for some reason. There's a good chance it never happened, since none on the "breadtube" side of things used a clip of that interview around the time it supposedly still existed.

    PixelPerfectEngine v0.12.0-beta release

There's still a few "very preliminary" features, and the new graphics API needs to be finished, and the WASM scripting might first get made for C instead of D due to the latter having externref unimplemented.

PixelPerfectEngine has been moved to OpenGL rendering, 0.12.0 will feature new graphics API

Final 0.12.0 will hopefully also feature the WASM scripting engine.

  • This is how we got a party named "Labour Party", that continued the privatization and other austerity work of the neoliberals.

This is how we got a party named "Magyar Szocialista Párt" (Hungarian Socialist Party) that continued the privatization of neoliberals, then implemented austerity measures.

And this is how on one day, we get an interview with Christofer Rufo, who will claim his greatest achivement was to make a supposedly "progressives" move right on social issues so far, that they not only kept ban on gender transition, "public homosexual affection", and ban on women's votes, but further dismantled any remains of what we used to call "secularism", but we will have to call it "state mandated satanism" in the future.

    Successful OpenGL transition rule

Sprites work even if a bit unoptimized at the moment (currently only shader and material reuse is optimized, each sprite is still a separate draw call.

Tiles work, but I still need to test scrolling and effects like scaling, shearing, and rotation.

Older screenshot, I just don't have access to the source files on my phone, but she now has some boots too, alongside with some other fixes and shading. I might try to colorize my lines, because that's a common thing in the art world apparently.

GLSL shader version suddenly reverts to 110 from 330

In a project, I've successfully compiled multiple shaders, but at the last fragment shader it just decides to revert back to 110 for no real reason (it's vertex pair just compiled fine), then fails to compile due to me using some 330-related features.

Yes, I requested 3.30 core profile before you ask.

Where can I find a debugger with a GUI for Linux?

I'm currently developing on Windows mainly, but due to the end of life of Windows 10, I might switch my primary OS to Linux instead. However, despite Linux being called "developer friendly" I always preferred the tools available under Windows save for the command line shell of Linux.

My main gripes with Linux development is with the debuggers. On Windows, I have RemedyBG, a pretty good debugger with an easy to use GUI. On Linux, all I have is either GDB or LLDB, and a command line so far.

I looked into some of the "more mainstream" GUI options for Linux, all of them were just a separate tab for the same command line debugger in a text editor.

**Please note that I'm the sole developer of my projects on the side of a full time job, so I don't have 1 month to spare to learn the in and outs of GDB, which in the days of useless AI slop articles littering the internet, might be even 1.5-2 months. I have a modern PC, any performance gains from not having a well-optimized GUI is negligible.

Where can I find documentation on the function wglCreateContextAttribsARB?

It's a Windows system function that is used for creating an OpenGL rendering context, and is very cursed since you have to jump around a few hoops before you can actually use it. I barely managed to find the function signature, let alone any information on how does it work.

I know my fellow programmers here will like this

Context: Previously I used the CPU for rendering pixelart graphics, but then I realized I could not only render to a low-res texture that I then upscale, but also write a shader to do color lookup.

How do I use the -wl, argument in Powershell?

I'm under Windows, so my primary shell will be Powershell, which eats up the commas for some reason.
