Yep thats how all my worlds look. "Here is your table, and here is your chair. What else could you need?"

Yeah I dont mind seeing a butthole but there are bots posting gore and its not fun. I've reported it where I've seen it. They all seem to mention soyjak . party (I dont want to actually link it)

NGL, mobile interface takes a minute to get used to, but it works surprisingly well

Urban Dead is a free grid-based browser zombie MMORPG game where zombies and survivors fight for control of a ruined city.
I played this game so much back in the day. It was one of the few sites not blocked by my school and I thought the idea of having so many action points to use in a given day was really cool. Usually played as a zombie as it is very fun to break down a barricade and deal a bunch of damage. The community is mostly gone but it still might be worth checking out if your into login daily games!

It always kills me how he puts massive rumps on every character

Small Saga is a fantastic new RPG with a great story

Every now and again you run across a game trailer and you are instantly sold. I knew I would love this game the moment I saw it and the 6 hours I put in yesterday proved me right. I wasn't expecting all the Berserk references but they fit very well. Excited to play more today but I'm worried I'll beat the game before I'm ready to say goodbye. If you are in the mood for a turn based RPG I suggest checking it out!

The quote in the picture is attributed to author unknown lol, I am 90% sure they just made it up for the game though.
But yes it is from Midnight Wanderers, a very fun game!

Ok cool! I figured I was missing something. Thanks for the suggestion :)

I don't know Bruce Sterling, so I read a few of the articles. Is it a scifi blog? It seems more like a general art and writer sort of thing? I might have not scrolled down far enough.

Anybody that you'd suggest checking out?

Any good scifi blog/website recommendations?
I'm trying to find good sources for new* scifi content. Google is being extremely unhelpful at finding blogs and I know there have to be a few out there. I'm really focused on games but at this point I would be interested in any writer who covers science fiction content.
Bonus points for any blog that focuses on aliens.
*by new I mean new to me, I dont care if it came out yesterday or 100 years ago

Somone suggested aliensrock here recently and I have been watching his vids nonstop. I've always ignored puzzle games but seeing him showoff a game combining my two loves of scifi and fictionalized religion turned me around. The series is 100% worth a watch.

What games do you think of when you think of crowded games?
I was reading a book recently that featured a buglike alien race that had a fear of not being surrounded by others of their kind, requiring their spaceships to be bursting with crew members. It got me thinking about what their games might be like and I had a few ideas for human games they might like
- Pokemon
Im specifically thinking of the early games but later ones are pretty much the same. Everywhere you go in Pokemon their is someone to talk to. The towns have npcs all over inside and out and every route has people from forest trails to the deepest mountain caves.
- Dynasty Warriors
The crowds in these games are less friendly but if you have a fear of not being in a crowd this game will help you. Massive amounts of enemies swarm you during every battle.
- Final Fantasy X
I wanted to mention this one for a specific reason. You could answer this question with any rpg that has npcs to talk to. I would say what puts FFX as more "crowded" than the rest is the pilgramage setti

I love the visual image of a bank robber saying "are you with me??"

Im on TV!

Need to post the blank one if you want it to pop off

The original, I didnt know they made a remake. My local theatre does a lot of rescreenings.

Why not just add the thumb?

I think its great they are promoting Lemmy but I think the notes are unneeded. Tell people Lemmy is great, give them a recommended instance to sign up on, and stop selling. They can learn about the rest after theyve gotten their lemmylegs underneath them.
Give them 5 extra paragraphs of caveats and people will think they are more confused than they are. I ended up on squabbles for two months after the reddit exodus because everytime Lemmy was brought up it was with a massive text wall or that one infocomic. Its free, theres no ads, and no one person owns it - thats really all you need to know to get started.

My brother and I saw Shaft at a local theatre a couple years back. Picked it at random knowing nothing and it was fantastic, and is one of my favorite endings to a movie ever. If you've never seen it I recommend giving it a try. May his legacy live on.
