I couldn't find anything with computer vision AI image recognition or OCR, so I came up with this workflow for inventory tracking. I hope you like it.
You will need:
- A Google to Sheets barcode scanning app. This will be INCOMING goods.
- Another Google to Sheets barcode scanning app. This will be OUTGOING goods.
- A Google account that you're prepared to give these apps access to
Use the incoming app to record your inventory. Use a CMU lookup in Google Sheets to lookup product details. Use the outgoing app to log items when they go out the door.
Job done, for free.
