  • For all intents and purposes, I believe so. But one of the points that actually got a laugh in the oral arguments was how divided (ineffective) the Congress is.

  • I know that this information is years old, but as the GOP attempts to pick their new nominee for Speaker of the House, I find it important to note that most of their potential candidates are ones who objected to the 2020 Presidential results in one or both of Arizona and Pennsylvania.
