Here's a one liner that disables wake on all devices in your PC.

powershell -Command "powercfg /devicequery wakearmed | ForEach{ powercfg /devicedisablewake $ }"

Try running this in Powershell, after running this it should only wake from either a wake timer and maybe wake on lan.

What? This isn't the only way to reach support, it's just one of many options for these companies. Just use email or whatever support form is on the website.
