  • 2011 was a special case with how godawful the Liberals were and how uniquely charismatic Jack Layton was. 2015 they were still polling over 20%, which could hold the balance of power and make this worth talking about.

  • I just think this would be more relevant if the NDP were doing 2015 numbers. In this election there isn't that much excitement around them and there’s probably not a whole ton of people torn between the NDP and voting strategically.

    Disclaimer: am NDP voter

  • This is great for single family homes. But for the medium and high-density housing that we need this is useless, all those buildings will be over $1M.

Seems like a ploy to snag some Conservative voters, which is good I guess.

  • Yeah except I never said their arguments aren’t valid like the comic is suggesting. Nor did I say they shouldn’t run ads at all. All I said was the amount of ads is tiresome.

For this comic to be relevant I’d have to have said something along the line of “Im not going to listen to what they say because they run ads”

I’m happy for Robert and co.’s success, I just wish they had a model that didn’t rely so heavily on advertising, like some other leftist content creators I listen to.
