I didn't hear about any mandates yet but if it does I'll make sure all management is on the same page.
I really appreciate the sentiment. I don't think I would do anything with stickers or decorations without talking to him first because I don't want it come across as performative.
I appreciate that, and I do try my best to treat everyone fairly. As for asking random people on the internet, I just wanted more outside perspectives than just the people around me.
I absolutely wish I could. That could get us in trouble with hr and administration, even though that's the overwhelming sentiment in my workplace.
l'm a librarian so yes the government, but nlt the federal government.
I ended up goin with OBR2 but I'll be honest, I still miss the first edition.
LOL. For what it's worth I recommended to HR that they get moved to the next pay step.
Thank you!
I appreciate that, thank you

How do I better support my trans supervisee?
Hi Lemmy,
Apologies if this is a dumb question.
I have a trans person that I supervise and I know he is having a hard time after Trump's only two genders executive order.
Is there anything I can do to make sure that he feels supported at work?
I have regular check-in meetings with my staff so I was hoping to see how he was doing, but don't want to force him into an uncomfortable discussion.
Note: His performance is still excellent at his job so this isn't a "coaching conversation" or anything like that
This isn't like any of the ones you mentioned, but I absolutely adored Yotsuba&!. It's a slice of life about a five year old girl and her adoptive father who move to a new and the antics she gets into as she learns about her new life. It is funny, well written, and incredibly well written. When things seem dark I'll pull it out because it makes me feel capital G good.
l'm also reading Tokyo Ghoul right now and enjoying that too.
Persona 3. It was my first persona game, I loved the characters and the story and it introduced me to the VN medium. I played the port to switch which had quality of life changes, but I do not want to Tartarus again.
I really appreciate this, thanks!

VTT Suggestions
Hi folks! Owlbear 1.0 was my favorite VTT because I was just able to drop in maps and tokens and play. Also you didn't need an account. I was wondering if someone knew of a similar VTT, paid or free that offered a similar experience and that I wouldn't need to make an account for?
Sorry if these have been said already. Note I suck at gaming and couldn't finish either but I enjoyed my time with them:
Animal Well and Lorelei and the Laser Eyes
I am super intimidated Return of the Obra Dinn. But it looks so cool, and I feel like it uses a lot of lateral thinking and makes you smarter for playing it.
I managed to ruin Debian stable my first go in 2015. Don't ask how. I still don't know
A bad influence I see. But in all seriousness that's awesome. I liked arch a lot when I was using it.
Every time you boot up there would be a brand new file system you'd have to learn until bricked your device.
I need you to know you are not wrong. But also a part of me wants to live one foot off the merry go round. EVEN THOUGH I absolutely know I shouldn't.
nixOS links cool I just struggle wrapping my head around having everything in a single config or however they do it
I really appreciate this. Thank you so much.

Question
If I wanted an excel column with dates for every 3rd Thursday is there a way to do it?

I'm a little nervous to post because I haven't shown anyone yet, but I really like it. No regrets Coyote (Crossed posted on Pixelfed and Mastadon)

My cats love puzzles but the vet said to lay off the treats. Are there any puzzles that don't use food or treats? Obligatory cat photo

Mullvad Browser Question
Apologies if this is a dumb question. I use a different VPN instead of Mullvad. If I install that VPN's plug-in and delete the Mullvad's VPN plug-in would that make me easier to identify since I've made changes to the browser?

What are some video games that made you a better gamer?
For example, I am terrible at Super Meat Boy, but just playing it has really improved how I play platformers and games that need faster imputs overall.
