I honestly don't remember lol. It's been a while since I've watched it and it wasn't very memorable. You could probably watch a recap on youtube and call it a day.
It's far from great but I actually didn't mind last season, it had decent fight scenes. It was a lot better than the turtle season.
makes sense, i was a little worried when i saw a pencil in the booth but this makes me feel better.
I had to shut it off after 10 minutes because of this, I could feel my blood pressure going up.
Still not sure if I want to continue this one. It has some funny moments at least. The opening song is pretty painful though, super off-key.
Ahh so jealous, that plant it GORGEOUS! Where did you get it from?

Hoya krimson queen

She has such cute leaves! She was my first ever hoya.

I lost mine to thrips last summer, it was my first plant and I had it for 3 years 😢 i miss it
Yeah the console is one thing but the Switch 1 game price was my absolute cap. I can't justify shelling out that much money per game. I will definitely be making a steam deck my next console instead.
I have never once in my life thought about owning a gun. I hated the idea of ever having one in my home. Now I'm kind of wondering if I should get one in the event the US does invade...
She sure took her time checking hahaha

I Love Sun-Stressed Leaves

This is my Hoya hellwigiana. It's starting to throw out a peduncle again. Honestly last time the smell was so over-powering that I'll probably chop it off before it can bloom.
My guess is lots and lots of bribery.

Hoya heuschkeliana (inner var.) and Hoya walliniana v. lookin' cute together!

Watering my plants today and noticed how cute these two were looking so I thought I'd share :)
Hoya hoarder checking in! I've got 29 different types so far, all in a semi hydro setup (had some fungus gnat issues in the past).
Glad there's others on Lemmy, I've been missing r/hoyas ever since I left reddit almost 2 years ago.
Just did mine last week, I hate it so much
Same! I'm surprised it's still running ok after 8 years. No point in replacing it yet, only reason I want to is for a better camera and battery life.
That's wild, how does that even happen? Glad everyone is alive.
Brother I think
I want more Animal Crossing 🤞 I'm hoping with it's success for New Horizons that we don't have to wait 12 years again for the next one. A new Mario would be good too though, Odyssey was a lot of fun.
This is a drop for me, I like my romance to be assault free.
Ok thanks! I checked out the desktop app and it's pretty awesome. I may just get the android app. One more question and then I'll leave you alone, do you know if the android app can chrome cast?
Am I missing something or is Miru $13.99 for the Android app? Just want to make sure I'm looking at the right thing before I buy it. Also really surprised something like this is on Google Play.
I was using Aniyomi but I think ot's almpst at the end without extension updates...

I love hoya flowers

This is my hoya sipitangensis, not sure why it chose to flower while I'm re-rooting it but I'm not complaining.
A lot of comments about the smell here haha. This one actually smells pretty faint and just smells like flowers. I have heard some varieties smell bad but so far none of the ones that have bloomed for me have been bad.

New Additions!

Went to a plant show yesterday with no intention to buy. I've had a h. gunung gading (bottom) on my list for so long though and the price was right so here we are... Also there was a carnivorous table so I picked up a sundew (top) to go with my pings that I had at home.

Last order of the year!

Shipping has closed for the winter so I will not be getting anymore plants this year. Probably for the better... I'll have no space once they all get bigger 😅
Got a couple of my wishlist hoyas (undulata and clemensorium) and some other beautiful plants including some succulents and begonias.

Hoya Pottsii in bloom

I've been waiting a month or so for the blooms to finally open up! They smell so good, very floral.

What's your favourite plant in your collection?

Post pics if you got em! I think mine is my dioscorea elephantipes (at least right now, it changes often). Grown from a seed, she'll be a year old in July :)

Scored some wishlist plants!

Don't know if there's any Canadians on Lemmy that have ordered from Crystal Star Nursery but this is my third order and I'm so excited!

My Collection

This is most of my current collection, minus a couple hoyas in quarantine, some succulent babies I'm growing from seed, and a thanksgiving cactus that is budding that I did not want to risk messing up the blooms.
Started with a spider plant in July of 2022, after almost a full year of keeping it alive I decided to try branching out last spring and here we are. A lot were cuttings from friends' plants :)

Hoya Shop Recommendations?
Hello! I'm looking to see if anyone has a good hoya seller in Canada, specifically looking to have it delivered to New Brunswick. I tried an Etsy shop from BC in August and received the fungus gnat infestation I'm currently still battling, so anyone reputable that you haven't received pests from would be awesome!
