I've read through this whole thread three times and just cannot make sense of it. I have no idea how anyone could contest that people do in fact do what you're describing, I think you described it humorously and I don't get the contention of you calling them ghoulish, it's a reasonable description to describe the degeneracy. Maybe they think you're being too mean? Honestly not sure but wanted you to know you're not the only one confused.
Silent generation wealth hoarding? The graph is definitely a bit suspect
Not to be pedantic but it's a 4 cylinder not a v4. The cylinders are in a line so it would technically be an i4 for inline.
It's also the country that has the majority of the coastline
A rare tC enjoyer! I had an 08 tC from 2016 to January of this year and it was an absolutely fantastic car. It never once failed me, cranked up first try and never even had any maintenance issues other than drinking oil up until I put some additives in it one time. A very practical and fun car and practical unless you have adults to put in the back seat. I sold it in near perfect condition this year to an 18 year old kid for 5500 USD and made him promise to take care of it. After I sold the Scion I bought a 22 Miata RF which has been my (achievable) dream car since the ND came out in 2016. The car has absolutely lived up to expectations, without a doubt the most fun car I've ever driven, my friends FR-S and SS Camaro can kick rocks. The only thing I don't love is the machine grey color but I have a dark green wrap picked up that will nip that in the bud. Finally my actual dream car is the lotus Elise/Exige. Im 6'2 and can't get enough of cars that I barely fit in. It seems like a Lotus is the perfect upgrade from a Miata but unlike the Mazda couldn't be my only car so I'd need a daily. Haven't figured that part out yet but I'm thinking maybe an Audi wagon. Not a huge fan of German cars but it's hard to argue the mix of luxury and performance the Audis offer.
Here's a picture of my Scion

Honestly for the subreddit this was made for .ml is probably the best fit and I'm okay with keeping them over there.
Why do you not use spell check?
A few weeks ago Georgia (the state) got an inch and a half of snow and the whole state shut down for two days. It's for the best honestly no one has snow tires or snow driving experience, and very few places store salt for the roads. It used to only snow every couple years and that's turned into about 1 in 5 now so it's best to just shut down for a bit tbh.
What did you do to make your car funny?
They have gas stations in the middle of nowhere as long as there's enough people with cars. Not saying swappable battery facilities aren't more difficult than gas station infrastructure, but range matters a whole lot less when you can swap a battery in under five minutes.
Such a good show. That episode made me so uncomfortable ugh
Oh I agree I just wanted to make it absolutely clear, I didn't check the community and almost sent it to a friend but thankfully checked the validity. Totally valid post carry on.
As funny as this is its unironically a Russian disinformation campaign
Yeah I can't help but feel from everything I read he's a bit of a STEMcel, but hating health insurance companies is one thing that unites almost all Americans.
Yeah tiktok is the reason we have words like unalive, I wouldnt call it freedom of speech just incompetent moderation.
Grow your own, get arrested, go to jail, become unemployable.
I work with kids, it essentially means ass but has a sexualized context to it. Most kids approaching high school realize this and don't use it as frequently around me, but younger kids seem to think it just means butt. Again this is just my experience and it could vary from place to place
Family feud is just a survey of 100 people so it's not important whether or not they actually slap a cows ass but more how prominent that idea is in people's heads. I've definitely seen it done in the media, mostly cartoons, but I wouldn't want to do that to a cow in the real world.
I'm from the Bible belt and in my experience these people absolutely believe in God and heaven, but probably very little past that. These people mostly have a "vibes based" understanding of their religion but many of them believe it to their absolute core. Most don't read the bible past the popular verses and even less actually analyze what the text is saying, but that by no means indicates a lack of belief. It's important to remember that their actions may indicate a lack of belief in the morals they espouse, but that's cognitive dissonance not secret non-belief.
Ah shit theyve expanded their range since a few years ago. Thanks for the link, definitely buying some tickets for 2025.
