  • Having worked at an AV company, I can say that there are a lot of growing pains associated with it. Generally this technology errs on the side of caution 99.9% of the times which can be frustrating at times. The good thing though is that people that suck at driving usually aren’t interested in the driving so if we can offload that, it should make for safer roads overall. Plus worst case, it will significantly reduce drunk driving accidents in the long run.

  • 100%! I think most people see these strikes as just a way to get higher wages from corporations thus tying it to an economic issue but fail to see the larger picture on the fight against corporate greed. It is resulting in irreparable damage to the planet and significantly lowering quality of life.

  • Did not expect India to be the one to push back on the predatory behavior of micro transactions. Having lived in India for a long time, I’m not sure how much of it is greed but still a positive outcome I guess!

  • I can open the image but cannot swipe once I open an image to move to other images. In my use case, I can only see preview for two images so I’m unable to get to the other pictures by opening and swiping.

    Issue with multiple pictures

Is anyone else having issues with an album of more than 2 pictures? I might be out of the loop on whether this is coming in a future update or maybe I’m completely stupid. Feel free to correct me!

    Sync for Lemmy @lemmy.world

    Please make sync for iOS

I have used sync on android for about 6 years and loved it. However having moved to iOS, I would love to have a similar experience with how the UI was and just how goddamn smooth it was.

I do understand if it is a large undertaking but I just want to show that there are people on this side of the ecosystem that would be happy to use it.
