I'm surprised that people still remember the fmhy instance.

Thank you for your service. o7

Pretty good, just watch out for the incident where shagwvwvwvvcc.. (dies)

We need to take all of those guides with grain of salt. It's pretty common for them to not be that true. The "cool" part describes the looks of those guides more than anything.

Seems like I forgot to mention that you should do it if you're confident in posting there from time to time. Otherwise there will be 2 dead communities instead of one.

LW is too big for it's own good. Admins have to take care of a lot of stuff and centralisation itself isn't that great for lemmy/fediverse either. I say create a new one on different instance. I think mander is more scientific when solarpunk is more progressive?? I have a feeling that it would fit mander more where people know their stuff could see and comment on the posts.

Seems like your client bugged out and posted the same post 3 times.

Treevalanche.

I feel this.

For a second I thought it's a robot dog with wings.

Same. Didn't expect it to have another part.

I did this and somehow still see them. Not sure the reason.

I don't think it's possible to migrate instance/community to a new domain yet. This is the reason why fmhy instance died after .ml domain got nuked and I haven't heard of such feature so far.

Just happened to be looking for the communities to add to the directory when the post was made.

@[email protected] I see that your PR went through. Haha

I also made this comment before I realised what the OP was trying to achieve. I thought he was downvoted because he asked "stupid" question as I was barely awake at this point. Haha
I still think some communities would benefit from disabling them though. But as you say there probably isn't a way to achieve that with current lemmy.

This community urgently needs to be hosted on an instance without downvotes. Maybe there's one somewhere.
@[email protected] you like migrating comunities to better places so maybe you could look into that. I don't mind featuring the alternative community above this one when I implement discussion section in the directory.

Apparently it was done by a mod and not an admin which is even weirder.

Oh... I just checked and it is actually pinned on the instance. Lol

If I understand correctly then it's pinned on the community and not the instance and it just happened to be at the top of your feed.
