You could just build your own Steam Machine - it's just a mid-range PC with SteamOS. Stick it all in an ITX or a HTPC case and get a controller.
Or cheaper yet, upgrade your desktop PC, buy a NVIDIA shield and run Moonlight/Sunshine - it's simple and cheap to play games from the couch these days.

Soviet Union was also a collection of many countries too. If you added all the former USSR countries medal tallies up over the 35 years,, I wonder what if it would be closer. Interesting, in Australia it's always because if you don't go over your budget, you won't get as much the next year, which means you can't plan for things to get funded. So we purposely spend all of it and then some, plus run jobs over the EOFY (July-June) so we get enough for the next year. If a job is most likely to finish in April, it suddenly isn't until October.
A muse is someone who inspires them to do the thing. They don't necessarily have to do anything for the other person to be inspired by them.
An example could be an artist who is inspired to paint his favourite model numerous times in different lights and conditions as they just seem to be the right fit for them.
Or the songwriter telling songs about love or heartbreak from their own perspective and history as they had that with someone.
