I’m going to paint with broad strokes here to give you an overview, but always make it work for yourself. (Sorry for shit formatting. I can’t make the bullets work for me on mobile).

• Edge. This is largely rooted in male physiology, where refractory periods are longer, but edging still heightens sexual sensations anyways.
