Chelsea took 29 players on their pre-season tour of the United States.

Defensively we are just so solid. Having Rice and Havertz in the middle doing so much of the dirty work really makes things easier for Saliba and Gabriel.
Oh wow. Nicely done. Havertz does very well to bring down that ball and gets a nice pass off quickly.
LOL nice little shove by Havertz on the ref
Keep it coming boys! Don't stop there lol
Edit: oh wow, Rice!
Holy shit, someone pinch me I must still be dreaming. What a first half.
Some people just enjoy shitting on us. Go back and look at how we were talked about in the media. No one took us seriously, and we barely made a few ppls top 4 predictions, and then we started winning.
Once that narrative dried up it was onto
But we did, and then Jesus got hurt.
And we just kept on ticking, winning games and picking up points. Somehow we went from barely being worthy of top 4 to title contenders by mid season and the only team in the league giving City City a proper fight for the title.
Once people got sick of us winning, they started complaining, and out came the fun police.
Thank you sweet baby Jesus for getting Rice at a bargain price.
On a more serious note though, and I know this will run so many ppl the wrong way, thank god for Havertz and his versatility. I really don't think Havertz is as bad as people make him out to be and I think as time progresses he will only get better.
Overall it went well, and the icing on the cake is getting to watch us win. The Rice + Jorginho pairing has worked wonders, and I'm still shocked how amazingly well Rice has settled in and is playing.
Had a home reno to finish so I'm just watching the game now. Only 20 mins in and I'm surprised how poorly Liverpool are playing and at how well we are playing.
Me: I'm so excited to watch football
My brain: Zzzzzzzzzzz
Seems like I missed some interesting games this afternoon.
What a great game.
In typical fashion, Fernandez has to have his diva moment and get a yellow. Captain material there I tell ya 😁.
Most definitely want a draw, but watching United crumble is probably better than sex for me at this point.
This is the game I've been waiting for all day.
Considering the games they have coming up, they could be looking at 5 straight losses, but it's hard to say. My gut says no, not unless they finish the season below 8th or a much higher calibre coach becomes available.
WTF Chris Wood 😳.
EtH may very well get fired if he doesn't do well over the next few games (Villa, Nottingham, Tottenham, Wolves, West Ham and Villa)
They should get a win over Nottingham, but they very well could lose 4 in a row afterwards and I honestly don't seem them picking up more than 6 points in those 6 games.
I haven't heard much apart from him being back in training soon, I think. Would be nice to have him back. Zinchenko is good, but is a defensive liability unfortunately
Merry Christmas to Everyone!
Chelsea playing with one CM 🤣.
It's a well deserved draw for both sides. Either sidw could have stepped up and secured a victory but it was a close match, one that I feel like we should be proud of.
We took the game to them early on and we really didn't take out foot off the gas, so much as they found their rhythm as the game went on.
Martinelli, Zinchenko and Havertz could have played better. Rice, Saliba and Big Gabby were absolutely rock solid.
It was Anfield, we played well overall and fans should be happy with how well we played, considering our history here lol.
