Hello there, thanks for getting back, I have also kept some watch through different mediums and I can agree on most terms of your comments, I do think there are some outliers however.
The primary motto of his campaign was to make the caste pay, while I agree the workers have also paid, there have been more movements against said group that have ever been applied in Argentina before, I can remember some law he decreed to take down that State Jobs could be inherited from parents to their children, which was crazy to even think of, which makes me think that part of the promise is on-going rather than broken, if we apply the term without looking at where the caste is from (public state/private enterprise) then he does certainly miss the term on the non-governmental caste
About the economical effects it's certain it put a hold to it's imminent doom, but also worker salary increases and tax cuts are only beginning to happen, I remember poverty was first reported half throughout this year to be 57% and reports from the same entity have gone downhill since, while worker Salaries have only began increasing in the past two months, in his most recent speech given on the anniversary of his presidency, he did declare he would take off 90% of the taxes in the foreseeable future, which im inclined to believe given the record, perhaps it's gonna be better once that takes off
I remember reading some news about that state app Propaganda you mention, it was more specifically aimed at an specific union, the leader of which had been trialed for threatening workers to strike under his force group or to be left without benefits. Under these circumstances I don't believe it was used as Propaganda, since the message indicated that if you were being threatened, you could call the hotline to denounce it, again given the circumstances, Argentina had all of it's available public media used for campaign for the Economy Minister back in the elections, so im certain Milei could have used way more if he wanted to make propaganda, this is tame in comparison, maybe it can be acceptable given the justice ruled the union leader guilty of those accusations
You are right he's been ruling by decree, I do not know about those bribes for congressman, I haven't seen a report of any kind of that either public or alleged but that's worrying, in the other hand, the parties being bribed would be as guilty of not enforcing democracy in that case, but for Milei's decree ruling, I believe it was a tool that was granted to him by the same congress, much like it happened with the previous President during the Pandemic, and statistically Milei has used it far less than him in the same period of time. I would believe his disrespect towards his opponents to be part of the "Cultural War" that he refers to where he has to defend his ideas until the results show up, and then he would let them speak for themselves, given the right I would believe he can tone it down in the future, but we'll see
