It all depends on your audience, we can't say how they tick, and neitheir can you. Sometimes it clicks, sometimes it don't. Attire depends on the folks selling, and the hood. Remember it's not a wedding. If you're sure what you're doing don't ask too much about the house (might imply you're searching for issues to lower the price), ask about probably outstanding features (bidet or whatever). If they seem the DIY type, ask if they did #feature themselves, praise workmanship but don't imply that it looks really shitty DYI. And relax.

I've just added 64GB to the 16 that were fitted, because beam.ng would crash loading Utah with mods. This was less time consuming than finding the probably misbehaving mod or other root cause. Mainboard is from an old Thinkstation so that RDIMMs only set me back 40EUR. Nice experience.

Achte beim Vergleich auf die Spuelkoerbe. Wenns superduenner Draht is, ists oft Schrott. Lauf am Besten mal durchn Mediamarkt o.ae. und fass die Teile an.
Beim Kuehlschrank sind kurz nach Garantieende die Gemuese- und die Gefrierschubladen total versproedet und gebrochen, genau wie die Griffe an den Tueren und die Ploeppel von den Glasablagen. Ersatz waer so 50% vom Kaufpreis gewesen, aber sofort lieferbar (immerhin). Kulanz war nich, deswegen bin ich immer noch grummelig. Kuehlen tut der prima. Is aber jetzt auch schon 20+ Jahre und wird ersetzt, wenn mich was anspricht.
Keine Erfahrung, aber Home Assistant nutzt wohl fuer die Bosch Integration auch die Bosch cloud API, also wird rein lokal nix gehen: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/home_connect/
Hab nen Bosch Geschirrspueler ohne App und bin super zufrieden. Der Bosch Kuehlschrank hingegen war n Fehlkauf.

What you were told is both right and wrong. Many buildings in Germany had to be rebuilt after WW2. These were often build according to similar plans, with the mailboxes right behind the entry door. Some sort of tradition, probably, or it just fit the architect's plans. There's not always room for external mailboxes in some layouts. Even some modern buildings follow this plan, there is no outside mailbox. But not because of malicious camera probing persons, most of these were built in the 1950ies (think bigger cameras). Usually some housewife was always there, to open the doors for the postal or communal workers (trashbins were usually in the backyards, and had to be moved through the house on trash day). So times changed, and the fulltime housewifes also had to work to secure a living for the family, and nobody would be at home to open the door. So people tended to leave a front door key with the -then- monopolist Deutsche Post delivery person to ensure their letters got delivered. This was ok for a time, but the monopoly broke and DHL deliveries are no longer done by the same person, they shift their delivery area according to some strange loadbalancing scheme.
So, tl;dr: Most of what you were told is probably outdated, and most of what you angrily interpret into an unconvenient situation is wrong. Hope this helps to clarify, and please try to be a little bit more open to other, non-malicious thoughts.

Ich meinte nicht das Parken auf Autobahnen, das is da eher selten. Eher auf beiden Seiten einer Nebenstrasse, wo dann nur noch ein Fahrzeug durchkommt, und groessere wie Muellwagen gar nicht. Fluessiger Verkehr sollte hier heissen, dass sich zwei Fahrzeuge begegnen koennen, ohne dass eins aufs andere warten muss. Es gibt schlicht zu viele Fahrzeuge, warum sollte eine Anmeldung nicht nur noch bei nachgewiesenem eigen Stellplatz moeglich sein, wie afaik in Japan?

Korrekt. DLeider haste da ueberall mit "Traditionen"/Widerstaenden zu kaempfen. Als ich in meiner Wohnung Elektro neu machen wollte, musste ich paar Stunden investieren, weil der Elektriker meinte, vier Steckdosen da wo der TV hinsollte, waern zu viel. Und LAN in jedem Raum? Mach doch WLAN, Router im Flur. Versuch sowas mal mit Leerrohren zu kommen. Die jungen Azubis kapieren den Sinn sofort, aber die Meister schreiben das Angebot. Und irgendwann hast kein Bock mehr, weil du froh bist, dass du ueberhaupt nen Termin bekommen hast. Aerger mich trotzdem, dass ich keinen AP aufm Klo hab.
