  • I'm not going to lie, I got a over the sink dishrack after I first saw this meme like 2 years ago

  • Shes right though, I dont have any self respect

  • Like, people used rely Rolodex's and calendars to remember phone numbers and birthdays, respectively. In other words, we used to write things down. When I left Facebook, I did literally go through their calendar and write down all my friends birthdays.

Navigation is a skill you have to learn. When I was an EMT, my FTO drilled the basics in to me. I can find my way to a city Ive never been, but I still use a GPS to find a specific place off the major cross streets. People used to give more advice with the destination, now they just say, "oh, come to this XXXX address place" because they assume youll be using a GPS, and the skill to describe "its off of this road" is both becoming lost, and a generational disconnect.

  • Barney Miller

  • OP missed my favorite part of the joke. "It took 75 US Marshals to bring him down one cold December morn."

  • HAHA! HE KIND OF LOOKS LIKE YOU, NERD!

  • Most modern people don't but I feel like that's because there's so much of it in everything. The latest episode of Tasting History goes deep on this.

  • Not counting sugar? garlic powder or Cinnamon and vanilla. I use garlic powder to go with salt and pepper in a 7:2:1 ratio as like a base for everything from tuna salad to bean burritos. Thrice a week I make overnight oats with Vanilla extract and cinnamon.

Note my favorite is smoked paprika, I just know fewer recipes and synergistic flavors.

  • Maybe he could shoot Matt Walsh? As a treat?

  • why would the Israelis want to kill him?

  • That implies he can play chess. I do see the logic, I could see someone wanting to sac a pawn. There are a lot of dumb theories about who could be playing Trump, like the Russians, or Thiel or whoever, so I don't want to speculate who

  • I think also that people watch a lot of simulated murders on TV, and they kind of don't know what its like to watch a person die. Like Tarantino will make geysers of blood look very cool, treehouse of horror makes explosions of organs funny, etc. The amount of blood, at least for that context, is some but in normal bounds. I would say the part that is pretty terrifying for me, is that there are small things, like the way he flops back, the way he's cut off... the simulations haven't prepared people for this.

  • In general, I hire caregivers for disabled people, and I'll give a job to anyone who will do it for what we pay (about 20/ hour). However, the people get a say in who gets hired, and a few times, they have chosen to hire beautiful women. They never last, mostly because its such an intimate position, (you're spending hours of your time one on one), and some of these people being cognitively impaired, they couldn't help but make it weird.

  • so with magic?

  • I would fucking love to burn Ivanka Trump alive. Fuck you, lib

  • So... it begins

  • is this parody?

Now, Pete, I'm going to need to describe it in great detail, exactly how it feels to enter another man... or else how will I know?

  • I aint no tankie but I was referencing this utterly cold quote from Soviet sniper Lyudmila Pavlichenko.
