  • The reason why shooting people was too difficult is because many of the einsatzgruppen members broke down psychological and some became so murderous that they might not have been refit to reenter civilian society. They used gas chambers because it was sufficiently distanced from the actual act of killing (it just involved rounding people up into a room and having some guy with a canister dump the stuff into a vent. None of the actual killers even had to see the results of their actions as the cleaning was done by another group) that they could do it without creating that same problem.

  • That is why it was renamed pacman.

  • First post made here using a grapheneOS phone.

  • I last used chatGPT in 2024. Never found it satisfying.

  • Also canonically (at least before Disney acquired Star Wars) when he fell into the pit in ROTJ it was his THIRD time in the pit! So he had fallen in, gotten out, fallen in at a later incident, gotten out, and then fallen in the third time on screen and gotten out (off-screen). In a massive galaxy with millions of planets and stuff what kind of shit luck or coincidence would you need for that to happen?

While I didn't watch the later season of the Mandalorian or the Book of Boba Fett, I did see a part where some scattered pieces of the Sarlacc were all over the desert, meaning he wanted to make sure he never fell in again by blowing the shit out of the Sarlacc. Smart move, I wanted to see that when I was a kid since the Sarlacc really did frighten me as a kid.

  • All of them.

  • Smart ass...

  • No kings anyway.

  • Palpatine in the last star wars movie was the dumbest thing I ever heard.

  • Reminder: this was Epstein's idea.

  • Also the curtain rod he had was because he didnt have a dedicated cane for blind people. The ones they use to make sure they dont walk into a wall or trip on something.

  • His acting as the genie was OK. But it was very clear that he was acting in the shadow of Robin Williams for that role. It is kinda hard to move away from that one however.

  • When I bought my dream machine it was the first one without an optical drive... and then I bought an external blu-ray player/DVD burner.

  • Been there done that.

Edit: edibles do shit for me. I smoked one joint and puffed furiously. Had a stomach ache AND a bad trip. Not a good start. Edibles also give me heart burn and they aren't fun. Music doesn't get more interesting and I dont get any funky visions.

Magic mushrooms on the other hand...

  • They dont have enough money to bail out these tech companies...

  • I think the fact that we pretty much crushed so many diseases via vaccines and other care in the 20th century that many forgot what it was like to live in the shadow of those diseases all the time. That lack of familiarity (the one thay spurred the acceptance of vaccines and treatment) is what is fueling this shit today.

  • Everyone thinks they have strong immunity and good genes until it hits them in the face.

  • Now that I think about it you are right.

  • They need to make sure there are enough prisons and gallows for the people who caused this shit.
