What are the best use cases for Aluminum pans?

I know aluminum pans are super common in professional kitchens, but for at home cooking since they’re apparently not good for cooking eggs or anything acidic like tomato’s, what are the best things to cook with them?

I’m guessing it’s good at searing meats and making sauces, but so is my cast iron.

Can you make corn tortillas on them or would they stick?

Reddit vs lemmy

  • I haven’t found that to be the case. However I did spend some time customizing the communities in my Home feed to have less news/politics and more stuff I like.

    That definitely helps

  • The recent film Civil War gives a good example of what could happen. There is certainly a subset of Trump supporters that would follow orders. But a large segment would likely split off and further divide the country.

  • Greenland’s strategic location in the Arctic is vital for national security, offering control over emerging shipping routes and proximity to the GIUK gap, a critical maritime chokepoint.

Same thing applies to Panama Canal and Canada, which he is speaking about seizing/annexing

  • Very cool footage.

They say it captured “exactly what they were looking for”. I’m curious what that would be, other than, “whoa that looks cool!”

What scientific benefit would they gain from this footage that they don’t already have?

    Missing features?

Curious if Voyager has options for the following that were available on the Reddit app:

    1. A down arrow/next top level comment button to quickly navigate through comments. In the Reddit app this a floating down arrow button
    2. pull down on your feed to refresh and see new posts

Not sure if I’m missing them or if they don’t exist
